Next, WATCH your first Black History Lesson on Imhotep

Today we begin to explore Imhotep and what it must have been like where he lived. We imagine his home, we see the process of a mournful ceremony and begin to dispel some of the misinformation that has been taught about him in movies. Truth revealed!

Bring out the inner architect and take this chance to play with your food. Ms Corri Bischer shows how to build a marshmallow step pyramid and how to make a plan of your home.

You will need toothpicks and Marshmallows to build your step pyramid.

For the home planning exercise, you will need a pen/pencil and eraser and graph paper. A printable graph paper sheet is provided on this lesson's materials tab.
